Roz holding a Little Ritual Collective sign in a brewery doorway
Roz, founder & chief glue-stick officer

Hi, I’m Roz.

A people person by training and a maker by nature. I’ve spent my career studying how people work, feel, and connect, and Little Ritual Collective is where all of it gets to play.

psych nerd, HR lady, musician, card puller

Why I started Little Ritual

I’ve worked in HR long enough to see the same pattern everywhere: people are tired, a little disconnected, and pretty over the usual wellness playbook. A yoga class and a fruit bowl don’t fix that.

What does help, in my experience, is giving people a reason to slow down together. Make something. Hear a song. Pull a card and talk about it. Leave knowing a few more people than when you came in.

Little Ritual Collective blends my background in psychology and organizational development with the things that have always kept me grounded: music, mindfulness, creativity, and a little magic. It’s wellness that feels fun, approachable, and human.
