Let’s do something a little different.

Little Ritual Collective is a Philadelphia creative wellness and community collective. We partner with brands, companies, and communities to create memorable experiences that help people connect, recharge, and engage in new ways.

Wellness, minus the eye-roll

a little magic, not too serious
It’s notCome heal your inner child under the moon while activating your divine feminine.
It’s also notCorporate mindfulness workshop #47.
It’s thisLet’s do something that makes people feel good, sparks a little curiosity, and gives them a reason to connect.

Wellness doesn’t have to look like a yoga class. It can be

  • music
  • art
  • tarot
  • astrology
  • movement
  • conversation
  • creativity
  • just showing up

What we do

custom, never cookie-cutter

We create experiential programming for people and brands that want something more meaningful than a traditional wellness event. We design and host experiences for corporate teams, private groups, events, and community spaces, and produce our own public programming too.

Roz, founder & chief glue-stick officer

Hi, I’m Roz.

I started Little Ritual Collective because I kept seeing the same thing at work and in life: people are tired, a little disconnected, and pretty over the usual wellness playbook.

I’m an HR manager with a master’s in organizational development, a Twello-trained mindfulness practitioner, a tarot and astrology lover, and a musician. LRC is where all of that meets: experiences that make wellness fun, culturally relevant, approachable, and a little magical, without taking themselves too seriously.
